OCEAN-SIDE FARMHOUSE REDO
This project in Chatham, MA, involved accommodating many flood plain and zoning constraints. The contemporary, ocean-side home replaced a dilapidated 1700’s farmhouse (which was moved and restored on-site). The ambitious program was accomplished with a collection of modest-sized building forms reminiscent of the multi-building farmstead, and was a designed to maximize views and natural light.
